Brand Design, Print, Digital

The Brief
Saatva launched a Design Trade Program that pays interior designers a commission on client purchases, but it needed marketing that could explain the offer quickly and look as premium as the product.
As lead designer, I built assets across web, print, email, direct mail and paid media, and extended it to hospitality partners and private label prospects as well.

The Decisions
The 14% commission is the hook, so I made it the headline everywhere: the landing page, postcards, emails and mailers. Designers get the offer at a glance.
I rebuilt the landing page to answer a designer’s questions in order: what you earn, what that could add up to with an earnings calculator, and how the program works. There’s a join button at every step, so no one has to scroll back up to sign up.
Everything shares one look of warm neutrals, serif headlines and styled bedroom photography, so a trade show postcard and a TV spot feel like the same brand. Hospitality partners got their own editorial booklet, and I tailored each private label pitch deck to the partner’s voice, colors and imagery.

Direct Mail Campaign
The Outcome
While I led the creative, the program grew from $4M to $6M in revenue in one year.
My five-part direct mail campaign for trade members brought in over $553K, including $333K from designers who hadn’t ordered in a while.
The sales team now has a complete set of materials for designers, hospitality partners and private label prospects, all with one consistent look.
